Application:

Apply EquiNorm Cooling Gel to the stressed areas and massage it in. Apply more EquiNrom Cooling Gel if necessary and allow it to be absorbed. To remove the quality seal, please twist off the lid and take out the sheeting.

Do not apply to open wounds!
